Kinsale Kinsale is a major tourist destination on the south coast of Cork and is only 12 miles from Carrigaline.In fact the Kilmoney Road becomes the back Kinsale Road. Known as 'the gourmet capital of Ireland' visitors flock to Kinsale for its large choice of fine restaurants, historic narrow streets, fishing and nautical activities.
